She holds the title Master of Technical Sciences in Architecture from the University of Prishtina and has participated in the Erasmus+ exchange program at Hochschule Anhalt, Germany. Previously, she worked as a teaching assistant at the University of Prishtina, primarily in design studios for public architecture.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Njom\u00ebza\u2019s project, entitled &#8220;The Role of Community Heritage in the Process of Post-Conflict Recovery,&#8221; with cases in Kosovo supervised by Professor Gis\u00e8le Gantois (Research Group \u2018Urban Projects, Collective Spaces and Local Identities\u2019) and co-supervised by Professor Peter Vermeersch (Faculty of Social Sciences \u2013 LINES) is part of the \u2018Restoring Broken Journeys\u2019 research project that explores an alternative approach to heritage studies in post-conflict societies.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Njom\u00ebza Mulhaxha is a PhD researcher at KU Leuven, focusing on spatial representation and community heritage in architecture.
