{"id":1429,"date":"2021-08-31T07:05:26","date_gmt":"2021-08-31T07:05:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.collectivespaces-kuleuven.be\/?p=1429"},"modified":"2023-02-23T15:21:40","modified_gmt":"2023-02-23T15:21:40","slug":"lectures-paola-vigano-and-feda-wardak","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.collectivespaces-kuleuven.be\/?p=1429","title":{"rendered":"LECTURES &#8211; Paola Vigano and Feda Wardak"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>From 30 August &#8211; 8 September 2021, the summer school <a href=\"https:\/\/kuleuven.us10.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=6b6ec4191cb3dac7eabdc9124&amp;id=89b453696a&amp;e=cf2337f075\">Eurometropolis 2.1: a blue space in transition<\/a> (led by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/kuleuven.us10.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=6b6ec4191cb3dac7eabdc9124&amp;id=e65b81c2dd&amp;e=cf2337f075\">Erik Van Daele<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/kuleuven.us10.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=6b6ec4191cb3dac7eabdc9124&amp;id=c2545e8a36&amp;e=cf2337f075\">Maarten Gheysen<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/kuleuven.us10.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=6b6ec4191cb3dac7eabdc9124&amp;id=99785659db&amp;e=cf2337f075\">Sophie Leemans<\/a>) will take place in La Condition Publique, Roubaix (FR). During this time, 24 students from architecture, landscape architecture and urban planning will work on the social and ecological urgencies in the Eurometropolitan Blue Space.<br \/>\nOn Wednesday 1 September, <strong>Paola Vigan\u00f2<\/strong> and <strong>Feda Wardak<\/strong> will shed their light on these central themes. She is also professor at IUAV University Venice and guest professor in several international schools. From 1990 to 2014, together with Bernardo Secchi, she was in charge of Studio, working on numerous urban projects in Europe. Since 2015 StudioPaolaVigan\u00f2 has been working on urban, landscape projects and public spaces in Europe and has won several international competitions.<br \/>\n** Feda Wardak is an &#8216;architecte-constructeur&#8217; and artist-in-residence at La Condition Publique.
