Two of the members of our research group, Gisèle Gantois and Sophie Leemans will participate in the workshop Correctionville01, which focuses in different aspects concerning mapping.
The seminar is organized by the Institute of Cartopology and will take place at Hoogcruts 47, 6255 NS Noorbeek, The Netherlands., during the 20th and 21st of August 2021.
In it, both researchers will present and discuss a part of their research: Gisèle Gantois will present her methodology of interactive walking as a tool to unveil the deeper meaning of a place; Sophie Leemans will conduct a ‘Border Crossing Act’, as a method of documenting border experiences.
