Professionally, she integrates projects of different scales and approaches, highlighting her involvement in social and participatory projects, urban and mobility plans (2017-2019), and in façade engineering on international projects (2019-2021). Currently, Diana is a PhD researcher at KU Leuven and at University of Minho, a member of Lab2PT (Laboratory of Landscape, Heritage and Territory) research group and student representative in the Doctoral College at University of Minho.

By working on technology and façade design the PhD research emerges as an encounter between the façade and the urban scale: “Rethinking collective spaces through the facade element: from formality to informality” developed under the supervision of Prof.Dr. Maarten Gheysen (KU Leuven), Prof.Dr. Marta Labastida (UMinho) and Prof.Dr. André Fontes (UMinho). The research is situated in the research cell All City/All Land and supported through national Portuguese funds of FCT.
